After seeing some of AM Cassandre's abstract illustrations of human figures, I was inspired to draw these characters. By adding some of my own touches, I feel like I am developing a new style of illustrating people. I've never been that good at perspective drawing or anatomy (even though I've taken classes in both areas) so the abstract form is a solution that works for me. I'm planning to have more fun exploring this style and hope I can eventually put these on canvases.
